In your new patient portal, you may view your lab results, renew your prescriptions, message your care team, pay your bills, video visit for urgent care, access your health records and manage your appointments online from anywhere. Our staff and providers will no longer be monitoring requests from the Intergy Portal after September 22, 2019. However, for your convenience we will allow access to view your patient history only through the inactive portal until March 23, 2020. After March 23, the site will no longer be active .
